About Me, John Maxwell, and The John Maxwell Company

As I noted in my biography, I’m passionate about leadership. Have been for over 25 years. The first leadership expert I began to follow was John Maxwell, and his teachings have truly changed my life and my view on leadership.

A few years ago I had the opportunity to move to Atlanta to steward John Maxwell’s brand, first at GiANT Impact, and later at The John Maxwell Company. Today I continue to serve John by consulting on and developing his corporate content. It is a phenomenal experience for me to have the opportunity to work with the inidvidual whose books and teachings have greatly influenced my leadership walk.

So, just to be clear, when I reference John Maxwell in this blog, it is to share with you a great lesson or principle or concept that he has shared either through his books, a Maximum Impact Club lesson, or some other avenue. I share his teachings because I believe so strongly in them. However, clearly John and The John Maxwell Company profits from the sale of John Maxwell’s books and other leadership development materials and services.
